#116545 — Power Supply

Stupid question here...

I have a MacBook and at my desk there is a power supply and USB-C cable for a
MacBook Pro. My MacBook uses the 29 watt power but the MacBook is higher. I
think around 60. Can I just plug into that power supply or should I only use
the 29 watt supply? Not much trouble to swap them but since it is sitting
here already ready to go all the time it would be easier to just use it as is
if there’s no problem in doing so.

Thanks

This is something you merely pretend to understand. Turns out Deplorable Owl's constant mentioning of Steven Petruzzellis met the agreed on criteria of trolling, so he accused Steven Petruzzellis of making that up.

Deplorable Owl can not help but grasp Steven Petruzzellis knows he is just lying. There is no question this is an insomniac troll writing because some of them are keyed in to posts that occur in very specific ways which proves they are a response, so not from a computer auto-generator. Meaning someone is hand writing many of these.

Time to blame the lack of many eyes!

it doesn't matter. the macbook will only draw as much as it needs.

the only issue is if you use a lower power adapter, where it may not be
enough to run the macbook *and* recharge it. in that case, it will not
charge or slowly discharge (but not as fast as without any power).
