#58615 — zSysCtrl folder?

So tonight I happen to pop opne my user folder (~/tim) and discover a
folder named zSysCtrl which I had not created. Huh, sez I. I do a get
info and find that it was created March 27, 2014 a 9:28 AM. Huh.

Looking at permission there is tim (me) wih privileges set at read only,
Fetching... at read only and Everyone at read only. More huh: who's
"Fetching..."? Clicking on the permissions column I find that one of
the options is "Write Only (Drop Box)."

The folder has no contents, even using Terminal and ls -al produces no
content, hidden files, etc., that I could find.

A web search for "zSysCtrl" turns up one hit in a language I don't
understand:

http://www.slideshare.net/dejansoftware/uvod-u-relacione-baze-podataka

"Najviˇi snivo autorizacije celokupnog sistema jeste autorizacija za
administriranje SUBP ˇ(SYSADM) koja obezbeduje kontrolu nad svim
resursima (alatima i objektima)upravljaˇa bazama podataka, i ukljuˇuje
sva niˇe nivoe autorizacije – DBADM, c c zSYSCTRL, SYSMAINT, kao i pravo
da dodeli ili oduzme DBADM autorizaciju."

Google translate indicates the language is Bosnian and the page is
"Introduction to Relational Databases."

In order to delete the folder the Finder demanded my password and a
secure empty trash is now in process. Anyone got a clue what this
folder was and what created it?

I don't know what zSysCtrl is, but see this thread for information about
"Fetching..."
