Apple had a session on APFS. So I kept lookingf or it yesterday on the WWDC AppleTV app to no avail. Turns out it was a "LAB" so I don't think it will go to video. Am very curious on how they implemented it for spinning hard drives (since its architecture fragments files that are changed which is a no brainer on SSDs but a problem on spinning drives). Has Apple released any documents that explain how Apple implemented APFS on spinning drives and Fusion?

I don't bother with streaming via the internet - the connection is too slow, has a data cap, and doesn't work with the TV. I have found the new ones (possibly dual-layer) won't work in our ancient DVD player plugged into the TV though, so I have to watch them on my Mac via an external DVD drive. Pretty much all movies are still relased on DVD, as well as versions on Blu-ray and now 4K.
