He may be of the mistaken impression that he's too old to be sent to
prison for a period of time. I don't think he'd get a suspended
sentence for health reasons when he can be shown he goes well out of
his way to blackmail, threaten, stalk, and copyright infringe others
property as often as he does.

I hope he doesn't drop the soap. They'll have more than his back if
he does. Who knows though, he might be up for new things. Assuming
it's a new thing to him. It may not be. Excessive drinking causes
people to do all kinds of things they wouldn't do had they been
sober.

What specifically is wrong with either of the signatures, David?
You previously stated the following url is misleading:

https://tekrider.net/pages/david-brooks-stalker.php

What specifically is misleading on that site, David?

> There's nearly 10,000 users. I'll wager ONE of them knows you,
> Dustin.

And your point? It's approx 1/5th the size of the population (if you
go by what's labeled on the welcome signs) of the city. It's possible
one or more who sees the page knows me in person, sure. It's more
likely, though, they don't. Either way, you'll have to be in
violation of facebook terms of use to make good on your threat.

> I may not be able to influence things in Usenet, but sure as hell
> I can do so in your REAL world.

So... you're actually coming out and threatening me without even so
much as trying to hide that fact? What do you think you'll actually
gain by making such a threat? Didn't anyone ever tell you not to make
threats or promises you can't backup or keep? Someone should have.

The more you abuse the crippled video you have, the longer it'll be
before you are given permission to regain access to the original
video. And the longer (sadly) it'll be before I can share any other
neat (to me) videos or pictures without having to lock them down so
that only select individuals can access them. Yes, I could do that.

I realize there's always a risk when you put something online that
someone else is going to copy it and pass it around; I accept that.
But, most of the time, people who do that aren't trying to stalk the
person(s) in the video(s) they're passing around. In all my time
online (and I've been online for a very very long time), I've never
met someone who invests as much time and energy into stalking people
as you do. That's out of thousands of people I've interacted with,
and, hundreds I've met and/or hungout with in person, David.

Suffice to say, there's nothing realistically you can do that will
have any influence on my day to day life. All you can do is continue
copyright infringing my work and phishing others to help you dox me.
The longer my signature is used, the less fish will be available to
you, and, that's a good thing.

Open source is only cost effective if your time has no value. The one thing The Holy Ghost learned well is to attempt to guilt Troll Killer Snit into silence and if that doesn't work, shout him down or quickly change the target.

It is clear from how The Holy Ghost responded - by demanding basics of the OS and so on - he has not once studied an algorithmically challenging challenge. If he had he would have understood the requirements such as knowing what are local and global variables!

In his next follow-up, he snipped both of the items above that clearly
show him to be caught out yet again. A normal person wouldn't have
copied someone else's post and used it as his own, nor would a normal
person suddenly switch nym's like that, but David isn't normal. A normal
person would have apologized rather than snipping and ignoring, but that
won't happen, either.

[snip Vanguards post]

Lifting others replies and posting them elsewhere now are we?

I mean no disrespect when I write this, but, Vanguard is probably one
of the last people I'd ever ask for technical advice. They tend to
write alot of semi technical stuff in an effort to give the
impression they actually know the subject matter. It's obvious to
those who do know the subject matter, they're BSing about theirs.

Need proof? I thought you might ask:

MID: <1oe7dzm1z9drw$.dlg@v.nguard.lh>
Vanguard post. You'll notice at no time does he tell the OP about the
false positive issue. Instead, entirely blames the OP for it. :)

The OPs original post: MID <pcskv5$1gr2$1@gioia.aioe.org>
It keeps killing apps that I wrote.
They are NOT any kind of threat !

You can read the thread if you'd like to read the rest of the sorry
excuses they had for missing the obvious there.

I can summerize it with this post for you though:

MID: <XnsA8E1179694448HT1@PAw3Rr6iVs1LZ0.7fRHk0V0>

> Wonder what a-hole's excuse will be now. Oh yes, such a
> complicated GUI. Well, maybe that's true for toddlers since this
> software has more "knobs" than an Etch-A-Sketch.

Hmm..How is it possible that of three replies I've read on this
thread so far, none credited Malwarebytes for the false positive,
but, all assumed the OP is an idiot? I know Malwarebytes has been
spammed to hell and back and koolaid has been drank by the metric
tons at this point, but, seriously... Has it become that blinding?

Are the three of you listed by MID below, really that fucking stupid?

Not *one* of you acknowledges the FALSE POSITIVE issue the OP is
complaining about, All *three* of you are blaming the OP for the
issue. As if it's their problem and theirs alone. Newsflash: it's
highly unlikely to be alerting on his programs and his alone
specifically. It is most likely, affecting other programs on machines
all over the world. It's also most likely, those people have no idea
why Malwarebytes thinks xxx file is malware. The OP would not only be
doing himself a favor by having it corrected, he'd be helping people
he doesn't even know who also use the product.

Demanding the OP tell Malwarebytes to ignore his files specifically
instead of having the actual issue corrected, IS A STUPID AND SELFISH
way of handling the issue. If you know for a fact you have clean
files that MBAM is hitting on, don't tell the damn program to just
ignore them, submit them so that the FALSE POSITIVES can be
corrected. As, it's most likely doing the same fucking thing to
someone else. Everybody benefits this way. Including Malwarebytes;
they can free up room for definitions which are necessary.

Fred responded a couple of times accusing me of trying to keep how to
fix the issue a secret (Clearly I didn't, Just about all? of the
replies from me in the thread state to contact malwarebytes and be
prepared to share samples of the files in question); Vanguard didn't
respond, afaik.

And, this isn't the first time he's basically talked a bunch of shit
trying to pass himself off as some sort of technician.

How is the tekrider site misleading people, David?

When posts like this exist:

http://al.howardknight.net/msgid.cgi?ID=152728286700

It's rather difficult to deny that the contents of this:
https://tekrider.net/pages/david-brooks-stalker.php

Are true.

Not only did you copyright infringe my work (again), you *lied* about
the reason the audio track is missing (well twice actually, but,
let's not dwell on specifics rofl). All in the same post, no less.

And, that's not your original post doing it. That's your second one
(that I'm aware of, anyway) the first was where you also admitted to
posting it to usenet to make it very difficult if not impossible for
me to remove. You're an admitted copyright infringing stalker (who's
had others content removed by administrators when you knowingly
infringed their work) so it's only natural you'd continue to do it
via other means. Especially since your impotent otherwise concerning
options to deal with me.

So really, how and in what possible way is anything provided via:
https://tekrider.net/pages/david-brooks-stalker.php

Not true about you? Please, be specific!

If you stop being so rude, we'll get on far better, sock.

Here’s how to manage your privacy.

You’ll learn how to keep your devices, data and Apple ID secure, along
with how to avoid phishing scams and how to control what you share and
with whom.

privacy is not the issue and has absolutely nothing to do with your
ignorant and baseless claim that apple's advice is to not install
non-store apps.

you are wrong. again.

Applies to any OS, and completely OT to your statement. Where
does it say "Apple's advice is to install *NO* software unless it's
obtained from the 'App Store'." ???

><CUT_OFF_TOPIC_SPAM_LINK>

While you are at it, explain *WHY* you keep adding
alt.comp.os.windows-10 to an APPLE discussion ?

I didn't, the link was a commercial link about privacy, not
apps or policy.
I don't click on your links, unless I'm absolutely certain
they are not spam/malicious (which they usually are, from comments
from other posters).

No, this is a public forum, you don't *own* anything. The fact
that you can't abide by the *good-guy* rules and respect others is why
you have been *BANNED* from so many places.

You SHOULD have looked. You would have learned some interesting things
about Apple. It's still not too late:-

Then why bother trying to correspond with me?

I *DO* use Windows 10 - and I have NOT been banned from Usenet.

You most certainly formed some odd views when you were in prison. You
remind me so much of a fellow who once posted on Usenet as Aardvark. I
must email his local pub again to see if he's still alive. It's eight
years now since he came to visit me on my boat.
