Please, make up your mind. I don't have time to pencil you in if you
aren't serious. You're wasting a slot. If you do change your mind,
let me know so I can send you the proper paperwork for you to sign
and get back to me. And in the mean time, so there's no

old folks? Hmm. I suspect we're closer in age than you might think,
Snit...

I've made no threats, Snit. I've gone over that already. What
evidence do you intend to present them? More than a usenet post or
two, I'd hope?

Oh, well, yes, I know alot about them; from the hardware to the
software. I didn't just use them as a kid, I did things with them,
too. cocos, amigas, atari, commodore, etc...I had a blast.

A serious question for you, snit, what evidence do you you think I or
my peers would leave behind for you to offer up to the police or
anyone else? Another question for you to ponder on, what makes you
think your police are within my jurisdiction and can in any way help
you with a 'spat' you're having online with someone?

And most importantly, on what planet do you live where a usenet post
is for certain useful as evidence against another person in a
courtroom? Do you think the usenet provider has logs that will be of
use to you concerning me? :) Do you think any of the machines here
are going to hand over any contents they might/not contain locally to
any unauthorized persons? Do you even know what your rights are as a
citizen of this country concerning that, Snit?

Just what do you think is going to happen if the bot owner identity
is learned and confirmed Snit? Do you really think threats as you've
made here would be useful to save the bot owner? I can assure you.
from much previous experience, they won't help.

> I suspect you are, as is so often the case, just full of shit.

If you really believed that, you wouldn't have responded to me as
you've done here. You wouldn't feel the need to save posts, print
posts, etc. Yet, for some reason, a single reply from me and your
printer gets turned on. I think I've made my point - but i'm not a
total dick, so I don't need you with your knees on the ground saying
"yes, you've made your point, I understand." I'll let you save some
face here.

> But if you actually cause harm I want you to know I am not against
> using legal means to respond and have you held accountable.

legal means to respond.. yes, well.. lemme show you how worthless
that actually is when you go and fuck around with someone like me,
writing a check your ass has no chance in hell of ever cashing.

https://www.zdnet.com/article/toadie-virus-poses-serious-threat/

That Austrian company, snit, was Toyota (yes, the car/suv/truck
maker). Don't *ever* think you have more legal options, or money to
pay some very high priced lawyers to try and sick on me, then they
did. And, they had nothing to work with, either. I seriously doubt
the security you employ on a home network is going to be anywhere
near the level they had on their corporate one. or the security
methods you use when protecting your personal data. I doubt it's as
advanced as theirs either.

All kidding and joking around aside, let's have no misunderstanding
about this: I'm not that interested in demonstrating anything of true
blackhat nature to you at this point in time. If I was, and I really
wanted to make an example of you, I could, and there's no fucking
agency on the planet that would be able to stop it, reverse it, or do
anything for you after the fact. It doesn't even matter if you
believe me or not, a simple google search will confirm it's true,
anyway.

Obviously you know different, because you've made silly threats of
police against me. See, you think it's okay to talk shit about
people, but you don't think it's okay to be held accountable for it.
On what planet do you live on where that works out? Anyways, I've
said my piece on this subject. Do what you like with it.

I never said, suggested, hinted, or implied I gave you permission to
cause me or anyone else any harm, nor for you to run to whatever friends
you have who might actually have tech skills to do it for you.

Remember, it is merely your inability to understand what you read that
made you think this might be the case.

Let me guess... you now are going to say you were going to test my pens
to make sure they are not out of ink. :)

If so it makes it even funnier that you are so proud you worked on a
system without a mouse. It really *IS* funny. I remember teaching
special needs kids on systems with no mice. I am proud of what I did
with them, and proud of what they did. And you are so very, very proud
you worked on system without mice.

It is funny. Like a kid who finds a Polaroid and thinks having worked
with this retro tech is just so "1337". Do not get me wrong, it is great
you have worked on these older things most of us on Usenet used when
they were new, but the lack of perspective you have when you try to
impress me is just funny.

Next you will tell me you actually have seen a 9-pin printer in a museum
and you got to touch it! Or you used paper with holes on the side that
could be ripped off! Or you printed a banner on paper with green stripes!

All these things you can brag about and try to impress me!

Seriously, you are a hoot!

A pen test, idiot savant, has nothing to do with an actual ink pen. Is google broken?

Heh, what's funny is your background story:

https://www.udemy.com/course/beginning-dreamweaver-creative-cloud/#instructor-1
Maybe you forgot it's online. Here's what you wrote concerning your
start with the world of IT.

Online Instructor

In 1987 I started working toward my psychology degree in Las Vegas
(UNLV). While doing so, I wanted a job which would pay well, be
flexible around my college classes, and not require me to travel far
from school. The college computer labs were looking for people who
could help other students. I applied and, somehow, got the job. The
lab had about 50 PCs, 50 Macs, and 20 machines that were neither -
something called "UNIX". I was told it was my job to answer
questions when people asked them - great, I had only one question:
where was the "on" button? I had never used any of those computers
before!

I know what it is like to struggle to learn a computer system.

Within two years I was teaching classes to high school students on
weekends (through Upward Bound, a program for at-risk high school
students) where I continued to teach for the next six years.

I also ran the three education labs at UNLV where I managed all of
the hardware, software, and training needs.

After college I worked for a small non-profit organization as a
system administrator; we developed a communication and information
sharing system for over 200 schools and 100 United Way agencies. I
did that for a few years until I moved to Tucson where I worked for
Intuit (the folks who make Quicken and TurboTax). I started as a
support representative and then became a trainer for the support
folks and designed and maintained the internal training website.

Now in Prescott for several years, I have been working at an online
college and other online universities teaching computer classes:
everything from introductory classes, image editing software, web
surfing, and web design. I have also managed the technology and
taught at K-12 schools, both public and private, small businesses,
and I work with many individuals where I help them to make the best
of their computers and other technology.

I have a passion for teaching and thoroughly enjoy watching folks
learn. When I teach, no matter the age of the student, I have never
forgotten how overwhelming and frustrating it can be to learn how to
use computers or learn a new program. It truly is like learning a
new language and I try to teach with that in mind, using words and
terminology that my students can understand and with examples that
my students can relate.

*** end of your background.

Which is NOTHING AT ALL like my own, Snit. When I started with
computers, I already knew how to turn them on, fuck, I already knew
what was inside most of them and how to identify each component.
More importantly, I knew how to add additional cards and modify
already existing ones to gain more functionality, as a fucking
single digit age KID! I helped my 2nd grade class get our green
screen apples online, networked to each other to control a robot we
had in the middle of the classroom floor. As, a fucking Kid. You and
I have a completely different background. You for whatever reason,
didn't opt to get into the tech trenches; I started there and NEVER
LEFT. I liked it! You obviously, found it overwhelming so opted to
become a teacher instead. Well, you know what they say about
teachers right? Those who can, do; those who can't, teach.

I get excited when a new pack of transistors comes in the mail.
Especially excited if their mosfets. You probably couldn't tell me
the difference between a normal transistor and a mosfet, or a normal
mosfet vs a logic level version. Yet, those very components I listed
are uber fucking important in todays world. Your computer has
MILLIONS of them in one way shame or form.

If you'd like, I'll take some pics of some of my component
collection so you can see for yourself what sort of stuff I'm really
into, Snit. We're nothing alike, here. Nothing at all. I've got
several stand alone soldering irons, and a kickass digital soldering
station. Do you know many people who purchase things like that? And
spend good, hard earned money on them, even when they don't actually
need it? Just to play around? Well, I do, snit. I bought an ultra
sonic cleaner just because I wanted to make my pcb boards look
better with a finer cleaning when I was finished with them.

I spent $20 the other day on a can of MG chemicals 99% isopropyl for
flux residue cleanup; along with some very spiffy stuff that's
nearly $40 for one liter, but it's the best shit on the market, imo.
So well worth it. It's formulated for ultra sonic cleaning...

So, it really cracks me up when you try to claim I have reading
comprehension issues. I really couldn't do any aspect of my job, or
my passion (which is my job) if I couldn't understand what I read
well. I'd be fucking all kinds of things up if that was the case,
Snit. I couldn't even order the right materials, let alone
replacement parts if I couldn't understand what I was reading.

And designing circuits, well, that would be nearly if not all but
fucking impossible if I had trouble understanding what I read. Yet,
I can do that too, just fine; I've even shared some videos on
youtube with various circuits of mine up and going. Recently, I even
shared some pics of a germbox I built; simple enough circuit, but,
still; if I couldn't understand what I read, I couldn't have
configured the 555 to run for 13 minutes per cycle. It doesn't
require much effort, but it does require you to understand WTF
you're reading, and doing in order to make it work as you'd expect.

And here's the real arse kicker, in order to be able to make your
own circuits, or work on anything with any chance of succesful
repair at the board level, you really do need more than a basic
understanding of electricity and the principles involved with it.
That requires you to be able to read AND UNDERSTAND the content of
the material you are reading. Or, something (or someone) is going to
get burned up, blown up, or otherwise, damaged in some way shape or
form.

I make the majority of my money troubleshooting and repairing broken
computers and other electronics. Again, I can't stress this enough
to you, it's not something you can do if you can't read well. you'll
damage gear, potentially hurt yourself, or worse. You just can't
fake this stuff, Snit.

> It is funny. Like a kid who finds a Polaroid and thinks having
> worked with this retro tech is just so "1337". Do not get me
> wrong, it is great you have worked on these older things most of
> us on Usenet used when they were new, but the lack of perspective

According to your own story, you didn't know your ass from a hole in
the ground in 1987 concerning a modern for the time machine, let
alone an older one. Two years later, you gained some experience with
them. I was already BBSing via accoustic coupler for a few years
prior to you learning where the power button was on a PC, Snit. :)

> Next you will tell me you actually have seen a 9-pin printer in a
> museum and you got to touch it! Or you used paper with holes on
> the side that could be ripped off! Or you printed a banner on
> paper with green stripes!

Hah! I can do better than that. I actually owned a 9pin dot matrix
printer on my first at home computer, rofl! A coco3 A Tandy DMP 106
to be exact. Quite the machine back in the day, super fast at 80
characters a second. lolz!.

as well as a 24pin dot matrix printer (that was on my first Intel
box; a 286 10megahertz machine)

The paper type you mentioned is known as form feed. My 9pin could
use single sheet or formfeed, as could my 24pin. I had boxes of it.
:) I printed out my simcity once using it. The damn thing took the
entire wall on one side of my room. :)

I got in a lot of trouble at school in kindergarden for making one
of the Apples use a pile of it printing cards for me. And that was a
bit before 1987 too, Snit. I was already nine by the time you
learned where the power button was. :)

> All these things you can brag about and try to impress me!

I don't see how sharing a bit of my background is in any way
bragging. I'm sure it's not that uncommon to others around my age
who also became 'Hackers' - The thing is, people like me were already
'hackers' before we got our first actual computers. We were already
playing around with the electronic devices in our homes; learning
how they worked at the circuit level, modifying them to do other
things. Salvaging so called 'dead' appliances for viable parts to
build other things. Snit, when I was a kid, I didn't mow yards to
earn an income; I fixed peoples tv sets, stereos, record players,
etc, instead.

So no, we're nothing alike, not in the least little bit. You have,
essentially, fucked off with computers; You didn't realize their
potential until much later, when someone else showed you what you'd
been missing. And unlike myself, you didn't opt to dig deeper into
them. You didn't want to learn to code at a proficient level, you
didn't want to know and have a firm understanding of the components
inside which let them do what they do. You don't respect the machine
in front of you or the history behind it. You have no real concept
of what it took to get from where we were, to where we are now.

> Seriously, you are a hoot!

Seriously, no question in my mind, you're quite arrogant, but very
ignorant concerning the subject matter we've been discussing. All
joking aside. You have what I call, unfounded arrogance with an ego
to match it. The problem is, you lack the knowledge and experience
to support either of them.

Those computers by then were popular, Snit. What were you using

Yes, $60 worth of cleaning chemicals. Oh, wait, you didn't think I

Nope. All examples directly disputing your projected efforts that I
have problems comprehending what I read. I obviously struck a nerve
with you by bringing it up. It's painfully obvious you have a
problem, or, you're doing a damn good job of faking it - which would
make what your detractors have written about you true without you
having to demonstrate it for us, as your presently going through
great lengths to show us at this point in time.

Yea, I struck a real chord there by commenting on what's painfully
obvious concerning you, haven't I.

I'll bite snit. What computer(s) did you already have at home with
experience? And, why wasn't that experience able to show you the on
button to any of the PC, MAC, or "unknown things running UNIX"? I
just don't understand how anyone with any prior experience with a
computer would have such a problem figuring out how to turn another
one on. I don't recall the manufacturers going to any great lengths
to keep it hidden. I know the buttons themselves as well as physical
location on the coco, atari and amiga was all different, but it was
still quite fucking obvious to almost anyone what those buttons were,
regardless of the machine. I don't recall a single PC, MaC, sun,
sparc, solaris workstation that I actually had to ask someone how I
turned it on. It took all of what, mebbe two seconds looking at the
rig itself to see where the power button was. Sometimes on the front,
sometimes off to the side at the rear, sometimes in the back, but
painfully obvious it was the power button.

I didn't fail to understand anything, Snit. You greatly exaggerated
your knowledge as well as actual experience in the tech fields.
Couldn't find power buttons on large AT class machines (doubtful you
were still using XT class by then - possible, but doubtful). For that
matter snit, Do you even know there was an XT PC? Do you know what
the difference between them and the first AT series were? Do you know
what the main difference between AT and ATX is?

> Funny, eh?

Your ignorance and efforts to project it onto others such as myself
is quite amusing, Yes.

> I was mocking you

Actually, I knew that. :) I was ignoring it and giving you the
technical names for the paper you described. I figured you'd
forgotten or didn't actually know since you opted to describe one
flavor of the paper instead of just use it's name. It's probably the
latter in your case. The more shit you write, the more I learn ahout
you. :)

> Too damned funny!

So you don't want to be able to get your kids two mini standup arcade
games for the price of one? Were the words I used, capacitor,
resistor, soldering iron, etc, not understood by you Snit? I'm still
offering to teach you a little bit about hacking at the hardware
level. Why no comment concerning any of that? :) Well above your
paygrade is it?

You say you will bite -- but only to change the topic from your failure
to understand what you read.

If you had used older devices you would know they did not have a uniform
placement of power buttons. You had to look for them.

Are you REALLY going to keep saying you have experience with computers?
If so, how can you not know even the basics?

The fact you describe finding a power button to be "such a problem" you
clearly have VERY little experience with computer.

You also did not understand what you read if you think someone said they
did!

The fact you found them is something you are clearly proud of. Good you
did something you found to be an impressive feat.

Ah, you again show you failed to understand what I wrote. Is that what
this is all about... your failure to understand basic context?

And from that you got all proud you found power buttons.

No offense but that is truly pathetic of you.

I wish I had the issue you speak of, even a slight touch of it. It
would have come in handy on several occasions to get me out of being
punished for something I'd done. I really don't understand how by
the time 1987 rolled around, being as you were a college kid by then
(or older?), that you'd never used a mac, pc, or 'unix workstation'
(there are several to choose from, and there's no point in going by
each of them).

As I wrote, in the very paragraph you hacked to pieces here, I did:

I'll bite snit. What computer(s) did you already have at home with
experience? And, why wasn't that experience able to show you the on
button to any of the PC, MAC, or "unknown things running UNIX"? I

> Are you REALLY going to keep saying you have experience with

A considerable amount of 'experience' to be exact. Networking too,
everything from token ring to fibre. Can you run and terminate fibre
on both ends? Do you even know how it's done? I wrote about custom
micro controller work in the AZ threads, even asked if you had any
actual experience with them. As with this, you ducked and dodged my
question about them.

My Comptia A+ cert turned twenty years old this past June 16th, for
example. The paper my Novell cert is on isn't it's natural color
anymore, and it's faded a considerable amount now. But, what can I
expect for something dated in the early 90s. Ever heard of Novell,
Snit? My honorary masters degrees aren't in the best condition these
days either, but again, those are documents from the 1990s. The last
century.

Do you remember when the faulty capacitor issue was a real problem?
It affected everything from home stereos to the mainboards inside a
desktop PC. The telltale signs your system had the issue was swollen
electrolyte capacitors. Before you opened the case and discovered
that though, you'd find your system became increasing unstable for
no obvious reason. Even if you tried the normal troubleshooting
procedures, it wouldn't make any sense to you; aside from pointing
out to any trained person it was a hardware issue and not a software
configuration or driver problem.

I have decades on you, Snit, actually being in the trenches, doing
the repairs, learning the trades from masters of the craft; I didn't
learn it by taking courses much later as an adult. By the time I
became an adult (well, eighteen anyway) I was going to universities
in my local as a guest speaker on the subject of network security;
there was no cyber security word yet. I was teaching people much
older than myself, people like you, but who opted to take advanced
classes in IT how to keep people like me, out of their networks.
Everything from phishing (before it became a thing) to the old tried
and true dumpster diving for information.

>> I just don't understand how anyone with any prior experience with
>> a computer would have such a problem figuring out how to turn
>> another one on.

> The fact you describe finding a power button to be "such a
> problem" you clearly have VERY little experience with computer.

That isn't what I wrote, but it's a very nice example of you quoting
me out of context, with the intent to spin what I wrote into
something else entirely, even using the quotes. That's another one
of those a little more than a little white lie, snit. You haven't
been here a year yet and I've caught you several times, outright,
lying your arse off now, specifically on me.

So, it's no wonder I question everything you offer up against
another person now. Everything must be fact checked to verify it's
authenticity, because you're starting to come across as another
person who's just as shady, and slimey, as David Brooks.

You can't even claim this one is a case of reading comprehension
problems on your end - there's no denying you tried to mislead
people there. No question about it. Newsflash, atleast in
(alt.computer.workshop) this troll effort has fallen on it's face,
and only discredited you here that much more.

I'm not an entirely unknown, stranger on the internet that you can
pull your snit tricks with and get the results you're hoping for. I
already have a long arse reputation, good and bad, depending on ones
pov that clearly shows not only do I know what I'm writing about,
I've been doing it for decades.

Again, your troll like efforts to besmirch, discredit as well as
greatly disrespect me by attempting to talk to me as if you're some
kind of superior aren't going to work here, not ever. It's only
further discrediting you, Snit.

>> I know the buttons themselves as well as physical
>> location on the coco, atari and amiga was all different, but it
>> was still quite fucking obvious to almost anyone what those

>
> The fact you found them is something you are clearly proud of.

You "clearly" can't read for shit, AND you "clearly" tend to make
things up as you go. Again, the location of the power buttons on the
pc, the mac, and the unix machines should have been obvious to you,
you shouldn't have had to ask someone how to turn any of them on.
Just how much did you exaggerate on the application form, Snit?

There's nothing there to be proud of, anymore so than being able to
wipe your own ass after taking a shit is a proud moment. Where do
you even come up with such nonsense?

> Good you did something you found to be an impressive feat.

I simply asked what you had at home and why it wasn't of any use to
you to help you locate an on button/switch on another computer.
Something you, for whatever reason, opted to disclose as part of
your sales pitch for an online tutorial. Just tell me you didn't
pirate your copy of Dreamweaver. You did actually buy it right?

So, again, for the second time, what computer did you have at home
that you already had experience with? If you're lying about it,
that's fine; just use google. Of course, if you do identify a
particular computer (but you lied about having it), there's a very
good chance I'll be familar with it, and not from reading about it
in a book or online, so you won't be able to bullshit your way out
of any questions I present you concerning it. Just giving you a
heads up. :)

Not as you like to put it, actually saying you are at this point, or
that you didn't BS yourself there.. just saying, if you do try to BS
your way out of what you're claiming, especially with what you could
have picked from for that time frame, I'll know, and I'll be able to
provide evidence upto a point where in math, it would be a proof
showing you're lying about it. If you do, I mean. Clearly, I'm not
at this point claiming you did lie about it. Computers in the home
at that time weren't unheard of.

> I don't recall a single PC, MaC, sun,
>> sparc, solaris workstation that I actually had to ask someone how
>> I turned it on.
>
> Ah, you again show you failed to understand what I wrote. Is that

> context?

Actually, no. The issue I have is with your consistent need to lie
about me, and kiss various other posters ass as you try. You've gone
so far as to refer to two other regulars specifically as part of a
coalition forming against you. There's no coalition though, that's
all in your head. And if anything has changed for the worse
concerning you, it's not my doing, it's all you.

You tend to forget, others read our posts too; they form their own
opinions and ideas on both of us based on how we interact with each
other and them. So, when you repeatedly lie, and act like a troll as
you did with your reply, it's on display for everyone else to see as
well. You aren't doing yourself any favors by taking Davids word
about me for anything and trying to come at me as you have. You're
just going to get schooled (again) for your trouble and come away
looking that much worse for the effort.

If I was anywhere near the incompetent idiot you're desperately
trying to convince readers I am, David Brooks would never have tried
to hire me to break into other servers and extract user data for
him. He researched me for a time before he initiated contact with
me. He took the time via email to verify I was the same individual
he'd read about. Do you really think the things everyone wrote about
me in various security circles are all lies? Do you think I paid
these people to paint me out as an evil blackhat? If no on both
questions, why do you suppose they went and wrote the things they
did about me, Snit?

If that's not enough, do you know there's an entire section of an
article about the virus writing underground, published in rolling
stone magazine about me, Snit? I'm mentioned by my official,
modern, commonly used and known hacking handle, Raid. So... if I was
the bullshitter you think I am, or the incompetent idiot you're
trying to paint me as, I couldn't have written any of the code that
got me written about in that magazine.

Oh, I'm not done yet. Why not continue...

Did you know I was recruited to work for Malwarebytes Corporation as
a Malware Researcher? Did you know within a short period of time I
was also in charge of the antipiracy division? Did you know the
application uses some of the technology I shared with them which
vasty improved it's ability to scan for and remove non viral
malware?

Again, if what you claimed about me was true, I wouldn't have been
able to do any of those things, nor the work I do now.

Nor would I understand what's required to make this game:
https://ibb.co/dMJbpvD

Essentially unlock the other one and let me play it too.

Do you really think I could snow that many people who actually are
experts in the field of IT and some go so far as to specialize in
cyber security before it became a buzzword? Don't kid yourself,
kiddo.

I am what I told you I was, I can do the things I've told you I can.
I'm not concerned with your silly threats of law enforcement in the
least little bit, for this very simple but oh so fucking true
reason:

It's one thing to know I did it, even if I told you I did, but it's
quite another matter entirely to prove in a courtroom I did anything
of the sort to you. Even if I taunted you about it right here on
usenet, prior to doing, as I was actively doing, and when I finished
doing it. Even if you hired a pile of forensics experts from
universities, private companies from various states or outside
countries, they wouldn't find anything I didn't want found. I'm
trained in that aspect too, and I know the methodology, I've even
got copies of the same software the feds use. (Legal copies, Snit,
the feds hooked me up)

So, I can freely tell you how things are with no concern of you
having any real options, either offensively or defensively. As I
told you before, I'm not Carroll. You've probably never run across
anyone like me, and if you continue doing stupid shit, you'll regret
ever having done so. But, whatever happens, if anything happens
later on between us of a negative outcoming nature, it'll be on you
entirely, except for the actual work; that's obviously going to be
beyond your level of expertise, so I'll do that part for you.

And, for proof of my ability to do it, and have the other party be
unable to do fuck all about it, I present Eagle, one of David Brooks
long time former friends. He'd tell you how I fucked him royally
over himself, if the nursing home would let him have computer
access.. :) He wasn't in one of those terrible places when we began
to dance, that's just where he wound up with the curtain fell.

I guess the stress was a little more than he could bare.

So, for the time being, you'll just have to take Davids word for it.
I can locate his posts where he's asking how I pulled it off, if
you're afraid to ask him to tell you here. :)

Would you like to make a hard copy of this post as well, Snit? You
seemed to think my other one would do you some good. As you ponder
on that question, and ignore the previous toyota example, .
perhaps you'd like to review this evidence submission as well:

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=hhi+david+brooks&ia=web
There used to be tons more search results on duckduckgo, but for
some silly reason, the word torrent is censored from search results
via google now. lol. free speech, sorta.

Or:

https://thepìratebay.se/torrent/17867867/The_Band_Perry_Pioneer_(Retail)_2013_HHI

That's just one of many greetz to David, for trying to dox me the
first time, two years prior and never providing a satisfactory
answer for trying to place myself and other family members in
potential harms way. Like you, I take the security of my family AND
my property quite seriously. And unlike you, I don't need to call
911 to settle matters. Instead, I have a variety of options at my
disposal.

And, as you can see, but didn't know until now, I'm affiliated with
atleast one well known, heh, high profile, hacking group that also
specializes in mass pir8cy on a grand scale, and has been doing so
for nearly seventeen years now. And by affiliated Snit, I don't mean
a gopher position, I'm a co-founder. Don't you think if I was doing
dumb shit, and/or couldn't read worth a fuck as you claim, I'd have
been caught and put in prison by now for the things I've already
admitted to doing?

Nearly seventeen years now, Snit, no real effort to 'hide' my
association or anyone elses, and the RIAA has been able to do fuck
all about it. And, it's not like we're just trading around a few
files here and there, Checkout some of the offerings:

https://thepiratebay.org/search.php?q=user:raidy

Now, it is worth noting, the username isn't mine, and I don't have
any direct control over the account. Which is why it's an incomplete
offering of the catalog. it's off by thousands, actually. If I had a
way of reaching the account owner, or otherwise could influence
them, I'd consider giving them full dumpsite access so they could
torrent all of our material; since we're not involved in the
distribution side of things.

Just lemme know if I've gone way beyond your understanding of hpavc,
I've been in it so long, since well, I was a kid, I forget that not
everyone knows anything about it. It's all scene spec material too,
snit. High quality stuff, not the shit you'd find on napster if you
ever used it, or kazaa or anything like that. Those are scene spec
rips. Stuff a normal end user like you shouldn't (and didn't
previously) have any real access too. Now, thanks to torrent
technology, end users like you can acquire many of our and other
groups rips, without having to be associated with the scene.

Say, "Thank You" for sharing with me.

Maybe you'd even like to print this post and hand it directly over
to the RIAA? Do let me know what they tell you. :) David never does
when he whines to them. He must have sent atleast a hundred out to
them by now.

> And from that you got all proud you found power buttons.
>
> No offense but that is truly pathetic of you.

Hmm. For someone who was already done with atleast one phase of
college when I was nine years old (well, eight depending on the
month; but lets not split hairs) and who tries to compare his
maturity to that of myself and others, I find your response here..
shall we say, rather lacking on all counts.

You wanted me to talk tech with you, so why are you completely
avoiding my offer to show you a little bit about hacking at the
hardware level? Is it too much tech for you too soon?

Your kids would benefit from having two of these things in the same
box:

https://ibb.co/dMJbpvD

Each one of them you buy has two games inside of it. If you do as I
wrote previously, you can select which one you want to play. So, if
you bought the centipede one, you might find it also contains
missile command. I don't have them all yet, so I can't give you a
full list of what has what on it, I can just tell you that I've done
the same 'mod' to seven of these things so far, and they've all
worked out like a charm. They each contain two games, in the same
physical space. And as I previously wrote, you can decide which one
you want to play by interfering with a single component on the board
inside. It's a simple thing to do, Snit.

It was another example I provided you to discount your projection
efforts concerning my inability to comprehend what I read. I
couldn't do what I did to those games if that was the case. I
wouldn't have been able to know where to connect my scope, let alone
the parameters to set it to to watch for a signal. (If you don't
have the foggiest idea of what I'm writing about right now, that's
perfectly okay' it's just one of many examples I'm able to provide
which directly discounts your silly claims).

Matter of fact, had I been as illiterate as you certainly wish I was
at this point, I wouldn't have known to be looking for any signal in
the first place. Since I'm not what you claimed, and don't have the
problem you claimed I did, I'm able to use the tools I have to get
the information I need to make modifications at the hardware level
to achieve the results I want.

Any particular reason you avoided that offer, entirely? And any
particular reason after you opted to defend yourself from your own
autobiography that you still haven't mentioned the computer you had
at home? What's the harm in answering that question for me, Snit?

Snit, at the end of the day, with me, you're in way over your head.
If you think otherwise, you're making a huge tactical error. Your
ego will be your undoing.

Just stop with your lies and other bullshit concerning me and, we'll
have no issues, unless I determine for sure and others confirm my
info is accurate that you're behind the bot, then, well, print out
all the posts you like, As i'd be coming for you then, make no
mistake, and hell is coming with me.

Aside from that, I realize you're grossly outmatched and outwitted
and that you have no real defense for the checks you can't cash.
That's an understandable thing. I've encountered many people just
like you before. I'm mature enough now though that those people,
much like you, actually have to do something which goes beyond lying
about me in order for me to respond with anything more than a
rebuttle and chewing out on usenet.

Twenty or so years ago, discussion would have been over the second
time you tried to play that projection game with me over the lies
you wrote concerning my involvement with the bot. But, this isn't
twenty years ago.

That being said, My patience for your continued lying bullshit on me
does have it's limits, and I'd advise you to remain within them. I'm
not like others you've run across, I don't have to sit here and take
it. I can reach out in ways you won't like in the least little bit.
So, let us both be adults going forward, no more lies and other
bullshit is to be written about me by you. I don't believe I'm being
unreasonable. I've shown you some of my cards now, There should be
no further doubt that you pissed in the wrong persons pool.

Again Snit, last time, don't mistake my tolerance for what you're
doing to this point to be weakness or inability of any kind on my
end. I assure you, neither is the case, and again, I can't stress
this enough to you, threats of your police mean absolutely nothing
whatsoever to me. It's highly doubtful the police IT dept, if it
actually has a dept dedicated to IT is going to be any concern of
any kind to me. Highly, fucking, unlikely.

Snit, kiddo, I do consults here for some police IT depts to keep
them up to date on the tricks people like me use. If I'm teaching
them the arts of my own trade, I'm hardly concerned they know enough
to catch me at my craft if I didn't want to be caught. You get the
idea yet? If they already knew that much, especially the stuff I
know, there'd be no point in my doing those classes and collecting
that taxpayer money for t it.

Heh, you teach people how to save a document and make a web page
with dreamweaver, I teach them how to keep their shit secure and how
to forensically analyze a suspects computer for incriminating
evidence, even if the suspect thought they deleted it. Btw, contrary
to popular belief, simply reformatting your hard drive and reloading
the same OS you had previously does not wipe away all pre existing
data on that drive.

And neither does restoring from an image. I can still recover data
you probably didn't want to see the light of day again in both cases
if you're computer has been confiscated because the authorities
think it has something on you. By the same token, I can also tell
you exactly what must be done, in the proper sequence to make me
unable to prove you deleted a single thing. I can be reasonably sure
you took steps to fuck me by reviewing the sector mapping layout and
individual sector data, but I wouldn't have enough proof you did it
on purpose (with some minor exceptions that I won't disclose in the
event one or more readers has done something really bad and is under
investigation for it now) , vs the drive being blank prior to your
loading in a courtroom.

And, if you're one of those criminals who thinks the password on
your favorite archiver is going to keep someone like me out for a
long long time, uhh, rethink that bright idea too. for fucks sake,
if you have a certain kind of porn collection, and you think the
rar/zip/7zip password is enough, don't bet the rest of your life as
a free person on that.

Uncle sam has people like me on payroll, and we hate those kind of
porn collections; to the point where we'll unlock everything you got
for the most years possible on your sentence, for free.

Using crypto? Great, depending on what you used, the version and
it's implementation, it too may be subject to giving up your secrets
when you don't want it to do so. Think that hidden partition is
really hidden from everyone? :) Your computer can be your worst
enemy sometimes when it comes to giving up it's dirt on you. It gets
so messy and has a lot of dirt to give up. All a person like me needs
is to know where to look and how to ask, ever so nicely.

Governments are naturally wasteful, but, c'mon now, no local
city/state government is going to be that fucking wasteful. It's not
like I walked in off the street without anything to back me up to
get those opportunities, Snit. I'm well known in this area. Back
when the Melissa virus was news (got a clue how many more years i've
got on you yet?), I was written about in the local press as a
'computer wizard' heh.

Would you like to see an online copy of the article? You continue to
accuse me of bragging, perhaps I should start doing so, so you can
clearly see the difference and feel that much smaller compared to
me. A comparison, you came up with the idea of, btw. I never
considered you a peer, so obviously, not a competitor. Your such an
arrogant person though, you thought differently. How could I ever
see you as a peer when you don't even know the basics behind the
hpavc scenes I come from? Who are you trying to kid here?

Information that's already available? That's not what I'd call drawing
out, David.

Why do you make up such bullshit like this? You have no way of making
contact with any of my family members.

It's impossible for you to be sure about that. :-(

The newspaper article which explained that "Dusty" was your
grandmother's pet name for you provided lots of leads for anyone wanting
to explore further.

I hope you feel ashamed of what you wrote, Dustin.

Uhh, no, it's not. You don't know how to reach any of my family

You're a lying pos.

No such article explained any such thing. *I* explained what the deal

I don't because I didn't write anything for which to be ashamed of.

I didn't state anything of the kind....Nor did I fail to understand
anything. Nor, am I top replying and bottom replying in the same
reply. That's quite trollish. Tell me it's due to using Outlook
express at some point in your past.

No, it's not. You incorrectly assumed your flashlight was the same
thing because it has several modes you invoke all with the same
button. Yes, it's a flashlight, "but", it's not the same type of
circuit as I described, hence the "but" as I originally wrote in my
reply.

> If you wanted to add more it makes more sense to say "Yes, and".

Not in this particular application it doesn't. The circuit which
controls the laptop/desktop power on/off state isn't the same type of
circuit your flashlight is making use of. and implies that the
circuit as described is the same one as is found in your flashlight,
but it won't be.

To add more to what I originally wrote, one could also use a decade
counter, such as the CD4017 to invoke the various modes as you
described your flashlight as having. Daisy chaining them you could
gain more than ten seperate functions, if you so desired.

You did THINGS with them. Yeah, others just used them for doorstops and
paperweights... but you, with your big boy pants, did THINGS!

I am very, very impressed! Wow!

Curious, did you ever use a spell check with them to learn "alot" is
actually two words? Do not get me wrong -- I have made grammatical

Carroll will throw a bigger fit than he is now. Of course.

Amazing how you did not understand when I told you that while I do not
approve of you causing him harm I would not feel bad for him. I never
said, suggested, hinted, or implied I would care one whit about what you
do to him.

You really do have a very, very hard time understanding what you read.

> I can assure you.

And yet I did. Once again you show you have very poor understanding of
what you read.

If someone made a threat to break my windows, I would not assume it was
likely they would travel far to do so... but they COULD. And it would be
wise for me to keep the proof of their threat JUST IN CASE.

Say, on the off chance, you really have a friend or whatever who can do
what you say you can. And say you do so against me. I now have proof
that you at least claimed you were involved. I doubt it will be
needed... but, hey, just in case there is SOME truth behind the gobs of
unsupported claims you make I am already prepared.

That you can throw tantrums and when you are called out you freak out.
Sure. That point has long since been made.

LOL! I am not the one who bragged I had used a computer without a mouse.
You did... as you bragged about your amazing tech skills. Funny as hell!

Carroll used to claim he had hacked Google. No wonder you two get along

I understand how proud you not only used computers without a mouse, but
you did "things" with them!

Hell, Carroll has backed up his tech claims more than you have.

The evidence is it is beyond obvious to anyone who is paying attention.
Look to see how these socks are used to beg for my attention. Look to
see how predictable they are.

It points to one and only one person. But you are not able to see it.
Hey, that is not a surprise. A LOT goes by you that you do not understand.

I do not think anything will need to be done -- remember, I think you

Yea, I did things. As in, took them apart to fix them by desoldering
and resoldering new components in their place; capacitors mostly,
but various resistors in other cases. installed expansion cards,
wrote code, modified already existing code, etc. Before, 1987.

*** snit share

By the time 1987 rolled around, Snit, I had a computer at home. I'd
already known where the power switch was, for some years prior to
that. <G> See back then, Snit, you didn't always have a jumper or
dip switch you could put in another position to change something.
instead, you were expected to locate one or more specific, say,
resistors, clip them free, and either install new ones with
different values, or a simple pass thru to change one or more
aspects of the hardware. Anything from more video modes, to
supporting additional floppy drives.

In some cases, that's still done today. One particular mini stand up
video game console sold at most discount stores actually has two
entirely seperate games inside of it. If you want to play the other
one, clipping a resistor free is how you do it. And if you want the
original game the stickers on the case are for, you put the resistor
back. Or, just clip one end, run it thru a micro switch, resolder
the other end of the switch back to the board and now you can select
which game you want to play. True, hacking, no less, Snit. at the
hardware level. Have you ever done anything even close to this?

I know why the manufacturer did this, too. It makes it very easy to
sell you one for Bad dudes, and the other for another game, but
actually have both on the board; able to select which one the
customer gets. No need to actually make two seperate ones. reduce
manufacturing costs and time. None of which is passed onto you.

Would you like more specifics so you can fact check me? You can get
your kids two games for the low price of one. I'll even provide you
step by step instructions to make the modification. You can even do
it with a cheap soldering iron, if you have nothing better to work
with.

> I am very, very impressed! Wow!

You're quite the condescending smartass. I wouldn't have a problem
with that so much if you actually could back it up with knowledge.
Since I know you can't, I have an issue with it.

> Curious, did you ever use a spell check with them to learn "alot"
> is actually two words? Do not get me wrong -- I have made
> grammatical errors online.

I have tinyspell, yes. I sometimes ignore it when it's trying to
make grammatical changes. It doesn't work like a spell check in a
word processing app, either real time changes or scan and change
later routines. It puts up a tiny bubble and expects me to click it
for 'suggestions'. Sometimes I don't bother. The majority of my
typos on usenet are due to my freehand writing style here. It's
usenet, I'm not trying to pass a test and I'm not writing any
technical documents which need to be precise and followed to the
letter, here.

> I absolutely know "their" from "there"

Same. and I swap them out all the time, it's a common error many
people make. Especially, as I said, when writing freestyle.

> but have been caught making that mistake. Embarrassingly, more
> than once. I just happen to notice you make that particular error,
> well, alot. :)

Good for you, Snit. You've noticed my usenet grammar is far from
perfect. I told you, I've written a hell of a lot more code than I
ever did 'proper' english intended to be read by normal laypersons.
I wasn't lying about that, either.

Hmm. So, you've never actually had your evidence put to the test
then, eh? If you ever actually did, you'd have known a usenet post
isn't useful in a courtroom. You can't even verify the identity of
the poster beyond a reasonable doubt. These posts are not digitally
signed.

I have courtroom experience as an expert witness in computer related
crimes, Snit. I'm well versed on what is/isn't usable in such an
environment. I'm quite candid for a reason Snit. I know what I
can/cannot do, I know what is/isn't going to work out for me. I know
what not to do to get me fucked two ways from sunday. :) I'm not
"new" here. So, again, feel free to print another copy of my
supposedy threatening post, and frame it if you'd like. The frame is
going to be worth more than the post itself is.

Alas, I'm not Carroll, Snit. You've also made the grave mistake of
assuming I don't know the police here. I do, infact, I go shooting
with some of them, and I know people higher up the food chain than
the local city/county ones too. <G> I do IT related work for some of
them at their homes, Snit. I'm really not concerned with your police
threat in the least little bit. Not by a long shot.

Again, I invite you to contact your authorities and have them
contact mine to have a talk with me, if you'd like. It won't happen,
but you are more than welcome to give it your best shot. When you
do, I'll show you how to do what you tried to do, properly. to get
the proper fucking you were trying for. :)

Lemme clarify, I won't get a stern talking to about the way in which
I chatted with you here, I'll just be told you sent such and such
officer to whine about it. And, I'll rightfully mock you for having
tried it.

re-read what I wrote. I'm well aware of how usenet works, Snit.

Yep. I do. And based on what you wrote about your introduction to
it, I can confidently state that I know a hell of a lot more about
the tech than you do.

That's very weak, Snit.

> can do what you say you can.

All of my friends can do the same things as myself, sure. We each
have specialities, but what I discussed doing to you isn't a
specialist requrement. It's pretty generic, actually.

> And say you do so against me.

Sure, let's go a step further, just like I did with Eagle. I
succesfully convince your banking computers that I'm you, I transfer
a small amount of funds, using your credentials to someplace else. I
taunt you about doing it, right here on usenet. What will you do?

It's not a theoretical question, Snit. I did that to Eagle. One of
several things I did to him. I let him know before I did it, and
afterwards. David can confirm what I did is accurate and true. Eagle
wasn't able to do fuck all about it, Snit. And as far as I know, his
bank did not reimburse him because they did not believe anyone else
made the transaction; as far as they knew, his computer, using his
credentials did the deed.

> I now have proof that you at least claimed you were involved. I doubt it

I stopped short of providing Eagle step by step on how I did it,
right here on usenet; you can still find the posts, Snit. nothing
happened to me as a result. I also engaged with David Brooks,
telling him well in advance what I was going to do if he didn't stop
doing certain things. He didn't stop, so, as promised, I did what I
told him i'd do. He, like Eagle, was able to do fuck all about it,
despite my telling him multiple times, right on usenet, what I was
doing, and when I was doing it. David was confirming it was
happening, and he continued trying to stop me. He even contacted the
police in my state about it. Nothing, as in, fuck all, was done
about it, Snit. You'll be no different if things go down that way. I
know what I'm doing, I know how to do it, I know how to get away
with it. I know these posts aren't what you think they are. :)

I know how fucked you could be if I wanted it to become a reality
for you, even if you don't.

Can you provide an MID supporting that accusation? And what does
that have to do with my telling you confirmation is nothing more
than a google search away? Do you think I hacked google somehow to
inflate my reputation or something, Snit?

That's all conjecture. I know you stated you knew the difference
between that and proof previously, but I have my doubts that you
actually do. let's try again, then.

Can you provide evidence to support the claim that all the posts
from the snitlist are made by socks of Carroll? If yes, provide MIDs
and whatever other evidence you actually have to support it for
review.

What you think especially when it's so easy to disprove, doesn't
matter, Snit.
