Hello.

I am having problems activating my brand new FaceTime in two different old
Apple ID accounts with an old, updated Mac OS X El Capitan v10.11.6
machine's admin account. They both get stuck for a very long time to
activate. They doesn't even time out as well.
https://i.imgur.com/siy5SAc.png for my uploaded screen shot/capture.

What's wrong?

stop. That's the first certainty." Eh? ..." --H.G. Wells' The War of the

I'm getting false positives in my kill filter. I'm guessing the Snit Mac cultist is in its brain damage mode again. Drives the trolls crazy when they do not get attention. Everyone is Snit -- the oldest gag in the book. I could respond to Snit at once but he is a fool who distorts your words to implement his lust to call everyone a liar. Time to end this.

So never give me ANY attention again. Ever. Please. Just go away.

Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. They
cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel
somehow superior by attacking the messenger.

They cling to their attacks and ignore the message time and time again.

The rest of us wish you'd follow your own advice. All you do here is
drag your fucking troll-spewing newsgroup-destroying baggage with you.

I retried, but now it says "An error occurred during activation. Try
again." as shown in https://i.imgur.com/eHEMsir.png screen shot/capture
on multiple Mac OS (EL Capitan v10.11.6 and Sierra v10.12.6) machines.
What's up? :(

Until or unless Sandman offers up his 'more streamlined' FOSS application for review, there is no challenge, just boisterous claims. You've proven only what a moron you are. Almost everything Sandman says about anyone else is dishonest as everyone knows. Thanks to Sandman and his 'buddies' you now need a reverse spam filter. Dig through the archives, for the most part I cold turkey stopped giving him what he deserves (as of 2014). If people start targeting him again I will jump in... as that is just my way. I'm referring to real posters here, not Sandman's friends, who have been responding to him all along. Forth is only cost effective if your time has no value. Just moronic trolling. And I am responding to that trolling. THAT is what the "Sandman circus" is.

I thought showing someone a taste of his own medicine might help the situation. It did not.

You likely think Ubuntu handles the desktop well. Nope. Not compared to the competition. Contrary to Steve Carroll's claim that he has "no interest in making a spam bot" (a lie as shown by the fact that he slammed Jonas Eklundh's site) he was quoted asking others how they would take down a website.

You've proven only what a moron you are.

If you have 'some-file.pdf' open in a user space program such as sc and Steve Carroll wants to change its name to 'd.txt' via a preset script, Jonas Eklundh's suggestion might be of value. Just look at your 'tasks' and look at Jonas Eklundh's, there is nothing for me to learn from a mindless moron like Steve Carroll. But hey, let him keep making an idiot of himself. It is not like anyone believes him. Marketing is a wonderful thing and consumer herd mentality is even better. Nearly all regulars in this group do programming either as entertainment or as a career, so I doubt anyone here consider automation to be "voodoo".

"You'll notice how quickly he loses interest when everything is about him. He clearly wants the attention"
Steve Carroll, making the dumbest comment ever uttered.

Probably PEBKAC, but the simple solution is to call Apple and let them
tell you what's wrong.
