I understand the 2 squads really don't like each other and it was a very physical game. What a cliff-hanger turn around! > > Gold medal game, Canada vs. Sweden, on Sunday. > > Bronze medal game Saturday, USA vs Finland. Finland 5 USA 0 The US team must have thought they flew home after the Canada loss. Finland has a good team, but 5-zip is just humiliating.

Fred Moore: > Men's Hockey, Semi-Finals > > Canada 1 > USA 0 > > A real barn burner. > > Gold medal game, Canada vs. Sweden, on Sunday. That puts me in a bind. I have friends in Canada and in Sweden, and Im already under pressure on Facebook to pick a side. Love Canada, but Sverige is the statistical underdog with just 1/3 of Canada's population (as Canada was with just over 1/10 the U.S. population). It is also considerably cheaper than the crappy FBtP shops. As for the Swedes, I see a lot of them in IKEA (I knew, because they're speaking Swedish) shopping for stuff. The one thing I have not been happy with from IKEA has been the oven, which breaks every 60 days when we use the self-cleaning feature. We're hoping eventually they'll get tired of fixing it and replace it. (The fans are not designed to cool off the control board at 5280 feet elevation during the cleaning cycle). -- It's Tchaikovsky's 'Another One Bites the Dust'," said Crowley, closing his eyes as they went through Slough.

My high school aged kid has a large bookcase that doubles as a room divider, a platform bed, and a bedside table from IKEA. The bookcase was the hardest to assemble, and took me a little over an hour (not knowing what the hell I was doing, I'm not a handyman). The bedside table was $20, the bookcase was $150 and so was the bed. -- YOU [humans] NEED TO BELIEVE IN THINGS THAT AREN'T TRUE. HOW ELSE CAN THEY BECOME? --Hogfather
