First, not all terms of use are legal and/or enforcable. Second, it's not always necessary to reverse engineer a product to analyze it. Third, as I wrote above, your claims about it potentially leaving a rootkit and/or other forms of malware are provably false. >> You have nothing to support >> your claims then or now. Your claims are hot air, designed solely >> for the purpose of besmirching the author of clamXav because they >> quit having conversation with you once you took things to a >> personal level and began asking questions outside the scope of >> tech support for the program. And, despite you thinking otherwise, you aren't really that good at it. You keep forgetting, your claims can be fact checked. When enough are and don't match your claims, you lose something important called credibility. Don't worry though, you have none left to be concerned with. -- Mike Hallett discussing missed snooker shots on Sky Sports: "Stephen Hendry jumps on Steve Davis's misses every chance he gets."

You wrote the same thing about Malwarebytes when you were sliming them. That happened due to you having been banned from the forums for repeatedly violating the rules of the forum. As I recall, ClamXAV's author decided not to continue corresponding with you, and, as a result, you've elected to besmirch the program as well as the author. It's a known method of attack for you. In both cases, you attacked the authors and the software without proof of any kind after both elected to either ban you from a forum they ran and/or otherwise stop communicating with you. In both cases, it wasn't the software which was an issue at any point in time. It was always about a personal issue you took with the authors of the packages. Just as you've done with me and others. You just haven't resorted to stalking them at the same level as you tried doing with me.
