#67726 — Blank contacts

I returned from vacation last night, and discovered that my contacts
have all vanished from the Contacts app on my iMac. Where is the data
file stored, so I can retrieve it from Time Machine?

The contacts still exist on my iPhone and iPad, so alternatively to
restoring them from Time Machine, is there a way to copy them from one
of the iDevices?

The contacts are also in my iCloud contacts; can I sync them from there?

Somehow, Contacts was unchecked in the iCloud panel of System
Preferences. I checked it, and the contacts were restored from iCloud.

That would be where I would restore from, but I am far from being the expert
in here. Maybe 1 800 MY APPLE and some one there might feel the Holiday
Spirit and give you better advice if you don't find it in here.

Hope you had a good vacation, otherwise!
