#62145 — Yosemite Beta Test

I'm one who signed up for the public Yosemite beta test and am now
wondering if the test has started and that perhaps I erased the
enabling message from Apple. I had thought that the beta release would
have occurred in early July. And perhaps I am just anxious and perhaps
the release is yet to come.

As said before, the public beta testing will take place after the new
Mac OS X has been through all of the developer testing phase. That
means it will probably be late July or early August, maybe even later.

Well it looks like I have not missed anything to do with the beta
release of Yosemite. And I am still really looking forward as that
which has been shown on the Apple website certaiinly looks to me like
Yosemite will be a most exciting release!

You'll know when it gets it's public beta release because there will be
lots of posts praising how great it is and lots of posts whining how
bad it is. :-)

From MacRumors.com today ...

Yosemite is currently only available to developers, but
Apple plans to offer a beta version of the software to
Mac users at some point during the summer, possibly as
early as this month. A source that spoke to 9to5Mac.com
suggests the beta is coming in late July, though it
could be pushed back until early August if Yosemite is
    not ready in time.

Has anyone tested QuicKeys with Yosemite to see how much degradation to
QuicKeys has occured?

It's my most-needed utility but its continued lack of support since
2010 or so has been depressing.
