Hello,

I recently used a Macbook at an Apple Store. I decided that my leg needed a rest so I placed my leg so it was laying on the keyboard of the Macbook. A random guy came up to me, closed the Laptop lid and cut my leg off in the process.

Any Suggestions?

Since this was not a problem with workmanship but rather a breakage
issue, wouldn't that fall under Apple Care the same as a busted screen?

However, he would have to spend a year on the waiting list before the repair
is prioritized, and another 6 months before he is given approval for the fix.

I would suggest that he take them to court to speed up the process ...
but unfortunately in this case he won't win because he doesn't have a
leg to stand on. ;-)
