Only a few more hours until Apple reveals some of this year's "great"
new products and ideas ... like the ugly "flattened" Mac OS X, the new
iOS ("now with added ugliness"), ... :-( the iWatch, the iTV, the
cheaper iMac, the Retina MacBook Air, the iPad Pro, the iPhone 6 in two
sizes, ... and possibly even give the hint of a reason why they bought
Beats.

more than 'a few more hours'. the keynote starts nearly 20 hours from
when you posted that and is scheduled for 2 hours. in other words, a
little less than a full day away.

What do you mean "spammer troll"?

I don't care about the cosmetics (like the supposed flattened view) I
care about things that make the OS easier/clearer to use. Hiding
functions under "show" buttons that only show "show" when you mouse over
them (as is the case with 10.9 and earlier) is stupid (Finder refers).
Those are things I would hope they address.

Transparency may look cool - but it's not something that lights my jets.

Nothing wrong a with a cheaper iMac or MacBook or MacMini. I have a
friend on the fence over getting a Mac ... such would help him.

As to Beats, if it gets Apple new markets then it achieves what it was
designed to do.
