Not having read the thread, I am sorry to hear that the OP was not able 
to use the simple and straightforward tools built into the iPhone and 
the Mac to do this simple task (plug the iPhone into the Mac's USB port, 
launch Photos, select Import... under the File menu if the dowlnoad does 
not just start by default).

As for silly games, Arlen, it is sad that putting other people down is 
what seems to make you happy.
