In the WIndows 10 VPN connection settings : Connection Name: My VPN Server Server name or address : my external IP address (I have a fixed IP) VPN type: L2TP/IPSec with pre-shared key Pre-Shared key : the shared secret key I set up in the VPN enabler. Type of sign in info : Username and Password Username: Password: then when I try to uyse it it gives an error saying it cant connect.
