It woke right back up. I hadn't had trouble in days or weeks until I updated to 10.13.5 a few days ago. When I came in and found the process complete, I told it to sleep and it woke right back up. In the last couple of years, I've seen a lot of log entries about IMRemotURLConnectionAgent and ASL Sender Statistics. I wonder if they're overruling my sleep commands.
