I don't know, but I'm at iTunes 11.2.1, and the App Store hasn't done
anything about that since 11.2.2 was released.  I'm on OS 10.9.3.  I
don't use iTunes, so I don't know if it'd detect an update.  Prior to
11.2.1, the App Store did function correctly.
