I've had Mountain Lion a year and never used FaceTime. Tonight as I started to reply to a message in Mail.app, a FaceTime popup in the foreground asking for my Apple password and asking if I wanted it saved in Keychain. All I could imagine was that FaceTime had launched because somebody was trying to contact me. I provided my password, then found that FaceTime hadn't launched. I launched it and saw no sign that anyone was trying to contact me. All I had open in Safari was a page from imdb.com, the movie database. What could have caused the popup?
