Yes, and it will nag you to update it and purchase the full version frequently. I got tired of that after a while. (got 2 CT scans during > hospital stay.). OsriX doesn't seem to be able to view animations in things like echocardiograms properly for me. So I'm doubtful it'll handle 3D stuff well.
