Not sure about what? It's either a SuperDuper problem or a
diskimages-helper problem, like I said. If it were me, I would note the
exact time of the SuperDuper backup, and then look at the console and
system.log files for any errors within the same time span, which is your
best chance of gaining insight into error conditions that may be causing
the problem.
