You might try opening /Applications/Utilities/Console, attempting to print, and watching the console and system logs for any messages about printing. Feel free to post such messages here if you need help deciphering them. If you don't really care what is causing the problem, I'm betting deleting and adding the printer back into the System Preferences > Printers & Scanners would be a "brute force" fix. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter.
