Virtual Box has (or had, at least( the option of a "shared clipboard."

Why is that? Both Parallels Desktop and VMware Fusion work just fine for
me. I love being able to boot up other operating systems without having
to reboot my Mac. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Nobody cares though. These days most of us use USB peripherals.

VirtualBox, VMware Fusion, or Parallels Desktop.

Same here. - I too have both Windows and OS X on the same MacPro using
PD. And it's just drag&drop to copy/paste from one platform to the other.

It could be even easier if WINE actually worked as advertised (no need
to even boot Windoze) ... but unfortunately it doesn't, and due to the
complexity of modern OSes it probably can't.

I have and have had ABSOLUTELY no problems with either OS X or Windows,
on the same machine and neither have any of those I know of who also
uses ANY Windows + ANY usable OS X on MacPros 1.1 through 5.1 when using
Parallels Desktop!

You can do what you like, but don't forget that I've been a professional
Mac supporter for 24 years (1993-2007) before I had to close due to
physically illness. - And do note that the guy who took over my business
and customers also never have had any problems with Parallels Desktop...

- And I can guarantee you that I'll comment and/or correct your more or
less silly and stupid answers and comments if necessary!

Cheers, Erik Richard
