That's where mine is and wifey loves the aroma, though not if permeating the whole house. Got a great machine from Chris' Coffee Service in Albany, a Quickmill Andreja. Best cappuccino ever.

Then again, I guess I'm comfortable with my level of laziness: getting yummy dark roasted beans from a local roaster rather than investing the time and money into roasting my own. Growing them here in the Pacific northwest would be silly, if not impossible. : D > Got a great machine from Chris' Coffee Service in Albany, a Quickmill > Andreja. Best cappuccino ever. Mine's just a lowly $600 Breville Barista Express, but it is reliable and makes a perfect shot every single time. I never seem to get rid of any expensive equipment - so I have a G3, 4 and 5 in the garage, some early MacBooks in a box. Would have a Mac Plus and SE 30 but they were stolen. I was skeptical at first due to the low price, but have to say I have been extremely pleased with it. I got it at a $120 discount back in 2011 - paid $519 for it. It's extremely reliable and makes a consistent shot every time. Great machine for the money, IMO. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. Not being a coffee drinker, this doesn't benefit me at all. There's also free soda (two fountain dispensers in two separate areas of the building). The free soda mostly doesn't benefit me.

I didn't thank you for my medical care or paid time off either. And I'm not going to.

Look sweet cheeks, unless you're self-employed, (and I doubt a
potty-mouth like you could be, at least for long), your boss gave it to
you.
All compensation, benefits, perks, vacation, sick leave, work
environment & fixtures, etc., come from your employer. That also
includes the water fountain, the latrine, and the spatula you use to
flip the burgers...

Judicious use of "potty mouth" language is indicative of high intelligence and a superior vocabulary. > All compensation, benefits, perks, vacation, sick leave, work > environment & fixtures, etc., come from your employer. That also > includes the water fountain, the latrine, and the spatula you use to > flip the burgers... Right, but you are not that employer, and a nut case like you would never be an employer. As has been pointed out, these benefits come at the expense of a slightly lower salary; ultimately, though, as with employer-provided health insurance, both parties benefit. It is not a zero-sum thing.
