Message-ID<52c5573c-2216-40a4-92e3-bd83e8aaaf91@googlegroups.com>
OS-X v 10.9.4
Sending mail, w/o warning, stopped working yesterday and started putting messages in outbox went I attempted to send instead of sending them. This morning 14 hrs later they remain there. Incoming mail works fine. Any solutions?

The Mail Window > Connection Doctor window should allow you to see what
error the email server in question is returning when Mail tries to send
the messages. Post *relevant* messages here for help understanding them.

Just wondering Roger, the OP obviously doesn't have much technical
understanding of the OS or the app-- so HTF is he supposed to know
what's "relevant"?

Easy. The email server in question is associated with a certain Mail
account that is named. The Connection Doctor window shows the status of
each Mail account. Accounts that are failing will have a red status
indicator in the left column. So he can exclude any account that
is not the account having problems, and he can look at the Details
column next to the account in question to see what the problem is.
Common sense works wonders! ; )

If he was computer savvy enough to know to do all that dude, he would
probably be able to think the issue through well enough to resolve it
himself...

Meanwhile, I don't see you contributing *anything* at all helpful. So
you have no room to bitch. Keep it up, and into the kill file you go,
never to be seen again.
