Oh, I bet there is SOMEWHERE you can download it from...

It was where the city kept all those things it occasionally needed but
was uneasy about, like the Watch-house, the theatres, the prison and the
publishers. It was the place for all those things which might go off
bang in unexpected ways.

My experiences with Brian's support were also positive. And I recall
reporting a bug to him and he swiftly fixed it.

Well the usual bitchers about Brian will always show up. I remember
the marathon of bitches way back when over the same subject. Of course
other than many showing their asses, nothing was accomplished! :)

Exactly.

There used to be such simple directions, back in the days before they
invented parallel universes - Up and Down, Right and Left, Backward and
Forward, Past and Future... But normal directions don't work in the
multiverse, which has far too many dimensions for anyone to find their
way. So new ones have to be invented so that the way can be found. Like:
East of the Sun, West of the Moon Or: Behind the North Wind. Or: At the
Back of Beyond. Or: There and Back Again. Or: Beyond the Fields We
Know. --Lords and Ladies

I held my nose and paid my $25 only to be told "if you didn't subscribe
to my email update list, I can't add you after the fact. It's the way my
software notification system works."

So I essentially had to bug him every time an update came out. After
the third update when he told me he could add me to his update email
list, I asked for a refund. Got it in a day.

A week later he pulled the "I'm taking my ball and going home."

Maybe he'll stay home this time.

Well, Brian did a very good job in supporting his software. I had
several times the need to change a little thing and he did that
immediately and even provided personal test versions with that changes
before it became part of the official one.
Thoth is one of these programs that survived all changes and progress,
that apple made in the past. I use it since --- I do not remember the
beginning....

Thank you for your great support, Brian. I will miss Thoth, if it will
end service one day (this may be way ahead...)
