Hi. I am using the latest version of Pages. I'm having a problem that just started today: When I try to Export a Pages document as a PDF, I see the little progress bar but nothing happens. It's not exporting and I have to force quit Pages. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks, Sky

If you remove all but the basic MacOS X fonts that come with the system, does the problem still exist? -- DeeDee, don't press that button! DeeDee! NO! Dee... Deleting Preview's prefs solved it. Anyway - I'd try this in the guest user account (configure login and fast user switching in Apple Menu->System Preferences…, Accounts tab), and if it doesn't happen there, try deleting the prefs of your misbehaving apps. It's not like Pages has many setting to recreate :-) However if the problem happens in your guest account something the PDF process in Pages and possibly others apps is likely corrupted. My first suspect is a font especially if you've more than just the default ones. -- If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.
