I believe there were more times, but here are TWO examples (so not just a
random typo / brain fart on terms):

    photos program (when it's not running - I shouldn't have to make
    sure you understand that, but, you are David Brooks and well, you
    aren't exactly the brightest bulb in the pack.) you should restart
    your machine to be sure the effect worked? David, y2k called and
    they'd like their technology back if that's really the case. rofl.

    Ensure no processes are running that program uses, ensure the
    program itself isn't running, whack your profile. Start the
    program, don't restart your machine or logoff/login again to 'fix'
    it without first seeing if it's okay after whacking the profile.

    A little birdie told me he already provided you instructions to
    follow, but, it's a bit more than slightly clear he isn't really
    sure about it. You uhh, shouldn't have to logout and back in, or
    restart your OS to make the program behave itself. Make sure the
    program is completely down, that it's closed and no services it
    uses for anything are running. Whack the user profile. Either
    learn to use google, or follow the generic instructions snit
    provided you to locate them. Once you've deleted the profiles,
    open the program and see if it's acting as you expect it to now.

When he realized this meant he would need the source code to Carroll's bot he
backed off that claim REAL fast and has been crying about me quoting him ever
since. LOL!
