I installed a new hard drive in my dell D610 laptop, and then I
installed Windows XP, all is fine except none of the drivers are active
for networks and modem connections, they all have a yellow question mark
next to them, how do I go aout getting the latest drivers to get up
running online again.

If you get lost here, Iolo System Mechanic will do the job for you
under the rubric UPDATE ALL DRIVERS (at least my paid version
says it does, only none of mine yet seemed to need updating.)
