Of course, this notification came from the very Service Station that has the vulnerability. So......can anyone please confirm that this is a legitimate patch rather than the vulnerability being exploited? I've inserted a screen capture at http://oi63.tinypic.com/16jwpj.jpg. Thanks. I let this install on Friday. No apparent problems but of course if it is a trojan I won't know until it is too late. You might feel safer getting it from here http://www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK&selCategory=2&selFamily=423&selSeries=453&selProduct=21276&selShortMod=null&language=13&selOS=all&selType=all&yearupload=&monthupload=&dayupload=&useDate=null&mode=allMachines&search=&action=search&macId=&country=8&page=1&prevCl=true but then again I may be giving you a link to a spoofed Toshiba web site.
