I have an HP Pavillion tx1000 series notebook with built-in bluetooth but I am having no luck establishing BT connection with my HTC Amaze 4G phone that is now upgraded to ICS. They both recognize each other but the notebook pairing ends in error due to some missing Win7 drivers. But my BT drivers are up-to-date, according to the Device Manager. I must add that this notebook originally came out with Vista and I installed 64-bit Win7 on it later, cleanly. Since then all software updates were issued by MS as HP stopped supporting it at about the time Win7 came out. I wonder if any of you have a tx1000 series HP notebook and were able to establish BT connection between it and an Android phone. Thanks.
