These figures assume that the battery is completely discharged after an
hour which is not likely in normal use.

2.2AH means that if drained at 2.2 amps, it will be discharged in 1
hour.  Same for the other battery being drained at a 4.4 amp rate.

Multiplying those currents by the voltage (ignoring the drop in voltage
as complete discharge is approached) Gives the wattages shown.
