It can be interesting if viewed from certain historical perspectives... It's been quite awhile since I wrote a Windows program in C but the incredible amount of work that has gone into AppleWin since I last took a look 4 or 5 years back inspired me. It was great fun. As far as the Aztec C65 stuff goes, I realize of course that it will probably go nowhere. But both Windows C and Aztec C are like latin and the memories of old programmers, and they don't change, and vanish unless they are actively used. So for the sake of history and retro-computing, I wanted to move this forward and have some fun with it so those memories of mine don't vanish and remain an active part of the Apple II community's identity FWIW. Besides that, I wanted to write some of this down FWIW. I am fully aware that the old csa2 crew that was into Aztec C is no longer around. For this reason alone I am motivated to see that this stuff remains on record, and their work as well: Phade, Phoenyx, RubyWand, PaulRSM and others... Now back to "work"... I mean "play" of course. At a certain future point I will probably be inspired to pull-out my GS and my ORCA C and at that point I will pay some more attention to what you are doing but for now I am going with this "update" for Aztec C65 as my personal theme for Spring 2013. I would like to get a short list of popular graphics formats for the GS from the early days at some point, and their specifications, but that can of course wait since I am planing to live another 30 years so I still have some time to play as long as my eyes hold-out. Regards, Bill
