Yeah, check Call-A.P.P.L.E. I don't remember which issue, but it's in there
somewhere, probably in 1983, because that's when ProDOS came out.. Try also
Dr Dobb's Journal-- I know I've seen a RAM disk driver in there too. Try
1984 or 85 for Dr Dobb's.

RAM disk drivers were a dime a dozen back in the 80s.
