If you're just wanting to plot rotated OS_SpriteOp 56 should do it, but
probably won't look great except at multiples of 90 degrees.

I don't have any code to offer, but others may be able to help better if you
tell us whether you're wanting to plot, or to transform and save the output. 
And whether arbitrary angles are needed or just multiples of 90 degrees.
