India Doesn't know that Acorn became Risc OS. 
What happened to the Acorn Software as India recognises it and appears to use
it for clild education purposes. Its roughly a 600+ billion $ industry. India
knows about the Open University and there are roughly 18,million Students 
world wide. Wile you mat not agree, An OU degree helps students to develop
Multi Tasking which are more important single tasking students who only
specialise in one topic. In times of global warming with traditional
industries that need to evolve then a Multi tasking trained human brain. It
can be described as The Undiscovered Country. See documentary The Boy Who
Grew His Own Brain. ( Brain Programming ?). Before science,engineering, 
design, comes the idea - dreamers who don't accept the convention but are
prepared to strive for something new.
India Open University est.1985 theirs is still running via the Commonweath
while Clegg rendered the the England version far too expensive.
So if Risc OS is the greatest OS that nobody knows about contacting 
India via the Commonwealth Office and see if their multitude of programmers
can give Risc OS a big push. What have you got to lose? They know about ARM
 processors but they don't know about Risc OS operating system.

You may not have heard of this news story but Canada has finally got pissed
off with the  the Brits dumping tyres on India while trying to 
throw the Commonwealth in the bin. India now has access to Canadian Tar
Sands that can be used to recover the rubber and steel. The rubber coats the
roads while the steel is free for what ever use they wish to put it.
Pakistan cannot have this as their roads are basically dirt roads with
no meaningful infrastructure.
