Well spotted. My email address is on the title page of the SH manual. I'll
update the readme files for the next release!

Very true. Ideally I'll be submitting my modified header files (I added
some simple markup to help extract the info) to ROOL, and then either I or
anyone else can clarify the documentation where required.

Yes I intend to write the rest of that info when I have the time :)

I'll try and add a section on restrict to the "new features" page.

Thanks for the feedback, it's good to know people will find this useful.
And I think a lot of people aren't aware of what C99 offers, hopefully this
will enlighten a few :)
