No, there is not, just as there is not an authoritative list of file
types. The reason for both is that the full list as managed by the
allocation system contains allocations for third party products under
development that need to be treated as confidential. There has never
been a mechanism for developers to "clear" an allocated SWI name or
file type after a product has been completed and released. So, up to
this date, all third party allocations have to be treated as
confidential and cannot appear in the official headers.
The above SWIs header file is an excerpt from the full list with just
the entries for the vendor "Acorn", i.e., just the SWIs that Acorn
allocated for its own use.
