or ARM BBC BASIC with BB4W extensions:

but your application would have to specifically loaded.
 
You'd do something like:
 
    my_routine%=^PROCroutine_to_call
...
    PROC(my_routine%)
 
but as pointed out, a CASE structure will probably make for code
that is easier to read and maintain:
 
    CASE action% OF
      WHEN 1:PROCouch
      WHEN 2:PROCthing
      WHEN 3:PROCfobar
    ENDCASE
