Tittle: Siebel Engineer Onsite - SE

Location: Miramar, FL 

Work Authorization: GC / Citizen

Scope of work: 
- Develop, unit test and provide technical support to the project team during the different phases of the HATS project for the related Siebel components. 
- Work on defect fixes and enhancements for existing Siebel applications.
- Provide daily support, complete operational activities and conduct data analysis. 
Required skills/competencies: 
* Subject matter expertise in computer science, engineering or related discipline
* 5+ years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting
* Able to formulate, communicate and implement technical solutions
* Strong Understanding of Siebel Architecture, Data Model, Configuration and scripting
* Understanding of relational database concepts and strong PL/SQL knowledge.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, System Administration
* Previous work experience with the Loyalty modules in Siebel version 8 or higher
* Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis 
* Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and structured system analysis and design methods
* Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems
* Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. May lead or direct the work of others
* Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong with methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within specific area of responsibility
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
