Software Development:
Java Engineer – Services
Software Development experience with Java based programming including good exposure with Middleware technologies and development. - SOA/Microservices, Queuing technologies, Enterprise Integration pattern experience., RAD tools
Strong experience with Spring based tooling, Java/JEE suite
Strong experience with Services development with good practices – REST, SOAP
Prior experience in Enterprise Integration Pattern and Drools Rules engine
Exposure to SOA/Microservices based integration.
Exposure with Message Oriented Middleware(MoM) tools.
Strong understanding of multi-threaded architectures, distributed systems, and scalable messaging.
Understanding and experience with an RDBMS/NoSQL stores

Java Engineer 
Experience with with JQuery, Angular JS, React JS and NodeJs
Experience in client-side web technologies (e.g. HTML5, Javascript, CSS)
Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Spring
Strong core programming skills, preferably J2EE based
Exposure with any frameworks enabling RAD – Spring Boot, Groovy on Grails, Play/Akka etc.
Good experience with ORM tools – Hibernate, JPA, MyBatis (iBatis)
Skilled in documentation including UML diagramming
Experience Developing IOS and Android Applications Is required for Mobile Development Engineers 

Quality Assurance Profiles
Web service Test Engineers
3+ years of “Hands On” QA experience with Automation (Preferably SoapUI/Selenium) 
3+ years of experience in Web Services testing tools like SOAP UI.
Must have experience on Selenium 

Automation Engineers
5+ years of experience developing test automation (frameworks or testing), for functionality, performance, security, regression testing using (Java, Javascript, Selenium)
Experience working with Github and Jenkins

Mobile Test Engineers
Should have good knowledge on Mobile Test Automation using Appium, Calabash
Should have worked on at-least 5-10 iOS & Android Applications which are currently available on Apple & Google Play stores
Should have experience on Mobile Non-Functional Testing 
Knowledge on iOS & Android Deployment processes

Software Test Engineers (General skills to be possessed by other QA Engineers as well)
3+ Years of Hands on QA Experience
Experience on bug tracking/ Test management tools like JIRA, Pivotal tracker, Bugzilla, QC/ALM
Strong in SQL Commands and Back end testing
Prior experience in any mainframe/AS400 systems is a plus
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities 
Experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android), web sites is mandatory
Experience on Automation Framework Development with JAVA 
Should be familiar with mobile platforms as iPhones, iPad, Android 
Experience testing or developing XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and XPath is a plus
Experience in the retail domain is a plus
Experience with scripting languages is a plus, including Python, bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
