Hi Paco,

The Graphics or Graphics3D primitives are generally located in the first element of the result from Plot or Plot3D. Try this:

Graphics3D[{GeometricTransformation[
   A[[1]], {{{.8, .5, .5}, {0, .8, .5}, {0, 0, .8}}, {.5, .5, 0}}]}]

If you want to see the contents of A rather than plotting it, look at List@@A.
