Assign the value of the graphic to a variable, e.g.:
grf = Plot3D[x^2 - y^2, {x, -1, 1}, {y, -1, 1}]
Now use Export with the appropriate type of file, e.g.:
Export["grf.png", grf, "PNG"]
(Be sure to use SetDirectory in case the place to which you want to
export is not your current working directory, which you can see by
evaluating Directory[] .)
