Thanks for your help. I contacted my ISP, Hostgator, and learned that I
could fix this myself by creating a .htaccess file in the root directory of
the domain. So, I created a .htaccess file with this one line in it and good
things happen now:

AddType application/vnd.wolfram.mathematica nb
