Show key headers only | View raw

The output you get, whether by clicking the System Information button on 
the About Mathematica window or, instead, by evaluating the expression 
SystemInformation[] in a notebook, includes at the bottom of the panel a 
Copy button.

Use it! Then paste into a notebook.
