PermutationCycles return results which are unusual. Check for example
the permutation {4,2,1,3}.
Mathematica returns {{1,3,4} {2}}. My HP50g gives {{1,4,3} {2}}, which
also agrees with MathWorld: http://tinyurl.com/bqesn The mapping is
reversed. What could be the reason?
