The version for Windows:
http://super-m.savesoul.ru/eng/soft.php#qtlcpp
There are cases when you need to insert the text of a program in a
programming language into the source code of a C++ program. In this
case, you need to do a lot of the same type of operations, and if the
fragment is large, it becomes extremely inconvenient and greatly
increases the chance of making a mistake. This program (subj) helps you
to do everything quickly and beautifully.
I'm giving an URL of *web version* of program for those who don't want
to run binary code or use an OS other that Win. So, web version:
http://cpp.logovo-tigra.ru/
Now it's bilingual, English interface exists - just select it from
drop-down list in upper right corner of a page.
I used subj when made another program of "Quick Tyap-Lyap" series - a
guestbook generator ("Quick Tyap-Lyap GB"). I just took my guestbook
written on Perl and converted it using subj. Then I changed some text
pieces in a string I'd got. And inserted concatenations with text
variables that contain language-dependent info.
Source of subj is accessible for free.

Or from the distributive of the program (ReadMe file). Sorry, I have a rule: I don't write my name in public places, including usenet. Only exclusions of this rule are software distribution sites and PAD files. -- Definitely a socialist, an infinite pohu%st and the worst troll on the Earth.

In new version (v0.3.0.9) your language choice is remembered (in an ini
file).
