There doesn't seem to be any way to appeal because usenet groups don't have an owner. I you want to read/search from a brower, then this is better than google's horrible interface - https://comp.lang.c.narkive.com/

It is a terrible thing that google is hiding history (or at least making it more awkward) by stopping reading and searching of certain newsgroups. It is a great thing for the groups that they are no longer allowing google groups spam posters. Imagine the joy we'd have here once the googly gits "H E " and "Amine" are blocked. It would be a quite group, sure, but the few threads and posts that are made would be sane.
