It may be that what would serve you best is a penpal newsgroup.  I know 
(or thought I knew) of only one: soc.penpals.  But it seems to be 
overrun by idiots.  Nevertheless you may like to post to it for one or 
both of two reasons: you *may* find genuine seekers of penpals there, or 
you may be happy among the idiots.  Another possibility is that you look 
around in soc.* to see if something else there suits you.

Meanwhile, may I remind you (why should should it need saying?) that 
this is a group for discussion about computer programming.  It would be 
nice if you (and your fellow idiot Amine Moulay Ramdane) would attend to 
that fact.
