Hello,

Read this:

About computer programming..

I was thinking much more, and i think although the economic side
of the thing and the competition side of the thing is pushing us to
release more "rapidly" the software products or the hardware products, i
think that since we have attained a higher level of abstraction in
software programming and we have invented many software tools that help
us higher "much" more the quality of the software products, so i think
that this is a good thing "today", compared to the the past.

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.

The main reason why software innovations increases more rapidly is because
more and more software developers use third party modules. They don't have
to create everything from scratch.

But the downside is that most of their softwares don't use every features
from the third party modules, thus it creates waste of storage.

Similar thing apply for a function. If the developer need to retrieve a
property of an object, but the only available function in the third party
module can only retrieve all properties of an object. That would require
larger memory space just to get one property. Moreover, the resulting
software performance would not be optimum.
