Google?

Microsoft?

Whoever wrote the code you are trying to compile?

A psychic?

Certainly no one here can guess what you are trying to do, or why it is
causing you problems. People in Usenet groups are often happy to help,
but you are asking for the impossible.

Python 3.4.3 (v3.4.3:9b73f1c3e601, Feb 24 2015, 22:43:06) [MSC v.1600 32
bit (Intel)] on win32
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
 >>> hex( -1073740966 )
'-0x3ffffca6'
 >>> hex( 2**32-1073740966 )
'0xc000035a'
 >>> _

Googling "0xc000035a" leads to e.g. <url:
http://www.kuhnline.com/0xc000035a-attempting-to-load-a-64-bit-application-however-this-cpu-is-not-compatible-with-64-bit-mode/>

And also <url:
http://pub.freerdp.com/api/nt_8h.html#a024f5d48b4caba66fbdc4cb570a1a568>,
giving you the symbolic error code name `STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_WIN_64`.

Also, when you have a working installation of Microsoft's tools (my VS
2017 is right now in limbo, failing to update itself) you can use the
`errinfo` tool. There is ditto functionality in Powershell, if you like
to waste time. At the API level the info comes from FormatMessage().

   * * *

It seems that you're somehow invoking a 64-bit compiler on an old 32-bit
system that can't run it. This is strange, because I believe that the VS
Express versions only have 32-bit compilers.

Cheers & hth.,

- Alf
