#2223 — Parallelcompression library have been updated to version 2.19

Hello,


Parallelcompression library have been updated to version 2.19,
i have added a sleep(0) in the execute() method of the Threadpool engine 
like this:

while not Queue.push(tobject(params))  do sleep(0);

and now parallelcompression is 15% to 20% faster.

also i have added a GetFileSize() method.

And I have tested parallelcompression and found that
my Parallel Gzip is 5% faster than pigz.
